- Coastal development projects targeted for tourism and retirement housing
- Target unlevered Returns on Investments(ROI) of above 25% per annum
- Reduce risks from off-plan selling opportunities
- Investments with critical mass volume (e.g. above 100 residential units)
- Early stage wholesale financing including acquisition of land, revenue and profit sharing agreements with land owners and/or developers, and joint venture agreements
- Stand-alone investments as well as co-investments with local and international investors
